Flapjack

440g Rolled Oats80g sunflower margarine
80g Butter
150g Golden Syrup
150g Demerara Sugar
Method
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper- Melt together the butter, margarine, golden syrup & sugar in a large pan
- Fold in the rolled oats and mix well
- Spread the warm mix into the lined baking tray to a depth of about 1.5cm
- Bake at 160c for about 12-15 minutes or until golden brown
- Allow to cool and cut into portion squares or bite sized chunks
